This award winning and market leading engineering consultancy, has a rare opening for an experienced payroll specialist, with a minimum of five year payroll expertise, taking sole ownership of their end to end payroll processes for circa 300 employees.

ABOUT YOU/JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years' experience managing end-to-end payroll and confident in running the payroll department for 300 + employees
  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
  • Solid understanding of multi-state payroll requirements, awards, legislation, and taxation
  • Confidence in auditing and managing payroll and timekeeping systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with HR, Finance, and other teams
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement
