We're partnering with an ASX-listed business that are going through transformational change with a host of recent acquisitions. With a new CEO and ambitious people strategy, this newly created OD position sits within a broader OD team of 5.

This position is an excellent opportunity to explore best practice, and test and try innovative ways of working. This role would suit a creative thinker whom likes to test the boundaries and think outside the box. With supportive leadership on offer, we are very much open to an L&D professional wanting to broaden their knowledge into broader OD.

Reporting into GM, Capability & Engagement, some of your key responsibilties will include;
- Facilitating the development of career pathways to address current and future business needs.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders and external providers.
- Leading the implementation of capability and leadership development programs across all levels of the organisation, with a key focus on developing the frontline leaders.
- Supporting with the scheduling of training programs, sending invites and managing attendance.
- Leading the rollout of engagement surveys, including interpreting results and providing recommendations to the business.
- Supporting D&I strategies including partnering with the board to create specific targets.
- Supporting with talent and succession planning.

To be considered for this opportunity, we ask you to have;
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Psychology or related discipline.
- Previous experience within the L&D or OD space working on different programs of work.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Passionate and enthusiastic manner.
- Highly developed planning and organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise projects and work within timeframes to meet deadlines.
