Engagement & Inclusion Partner

Working with a true market leader within a contemporary PEX environment, this newly created role will take charge of delivering on the Engagement & Inclusion agenda.
As the sole person dedicated to the Engagement & Inclusion space, this role will naturally flex between thinking strategically, but also delivering at an operational level.
**Engagement**
- Help set up and launch the new engagement platform
- Refine engagement strategy and ensure that initiatives are aligned
- Manage the entire end to end process for the upcoming Employee Engagement Survey. This includes; setting up questions, mapping, action planning, coaching leaders to facilitate sessions and follow up.
- Partner with comms team for qualitative data to proactively identify potential for new engagement initiatives.
**Inclusion**
- Socialising the inclusion strategy, lead existing and new initiatives
- Policy review, mapping out current and future state (inclusive language, etc.)
- Inclusive leadership
- Partnering across the PEX team, process review and continuous improvement
**About you**:
Ideally you will have a background in managing Engagement, Inclusion and/or OD frameworks and know what good looks like in this space. Experience leading engagement surveys and being involved in all facets of this project would set you up for success in this role.
Naturally with this type of role, you will have a relationship driven and consultative style to ensure that you are uncovering needs to then put in place fit for purpose engagement initiatives.
This unique role may suit an experienced L&OD Specialist or even a HR Generalist who has a strong track record of driving engagement and inclusion.
