**Your new company**
An exciting, new opportunity has arisen with a well established hospitality group with offices in Southbank, Melbourne. Immediate start on a permanent, ongoing basis with total package ranging from 130-150K.

**Your new role**
In this brand new role, you will deliver a new leadership programme to employees at managerial level of the organisation. You will work closely alongside an external party who have helped create this program and then implement it into your new company.

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be successful in achieving this role, you must
- Have proven experience in leadership uplift and be able discuss outcomes
- Experience in the design and delivery of leadership programs
- Come from a hospitality background (desirable)
