**About the role**:
The Organisational Development Advisor designs, coordinates and delivers a range of programs that promote and support employee engagement, talent development and high performance of people across the organisation.
**What you’ll deliver**:
- Contribute to building next generation talent through co-ordination of the Graduate program. Deliver a “best in class” program that is targeted at developing identified future skill sets.Through the design and delivery of keep warm, onboarding, rotations, development initiatives and roll off stages, create a positive employee experience at each stage of the program.
- Measure and monitor program success, prepare reports for the Graduate Steering Committee and management, enhance program elements as identified to attract and retain key talent.
- Administer annual talent review program and development planning for high potential employees.
- Support managers to ensure all identified key talent have robust development plans in place to engage and retain them.
- Design career pathways and update existing pathways to provide guidance on career progression opportunities for employees in our business.
- Provide career consultation service to employees providing advice and individual development coaching.
- Responsible for the administration and communication of the performance management process, including year-end execution and calibration. Partner with HRBPs and support managers to complete the process in line with business protocols.
- Administer and facilitate calibration sessions in People Central (Success Factors) for each business unit and executive management team.
**To succeed in the role, you’ll have**:
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Psychology, Business, or relevant area.
- Solid work experience in Organisational Development roles in both the support and development of OD and/or L&D programs.
- Understanding of personal development tools, such as DISC or similar instruments and competency frameworks to enable individual and team development is advantageous.
- Supporting early talent development programs and administering talent management process to enable targeted development in line with business needs.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders and consulting across various levels of an organisation with ability to customise OD solutions to fit the business’ needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor communications to various audiences across the business (including the Senior Management Group).
- Proven HR system administration skills, preferably SAP and SuccessFactors (Performance & Goals), or other HRIS systems.
- Intermediate MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.
