**About the Role**:

- **Strategic Solution Architect**: Lead the design and development of cutting-edge executive and senior leadership solutions, integrating Organisational Psychology insights.
- **Stakeholder Partnership**: Collaborate internally and externally to understand client needs, develop bespoke solutions, and ensure an excellent client experience.
- **Learning Design Leadership**: Own the design process from conception to delivery, ensuring quality, scope, and budget are met.
- **Innovation Advocate**: Contribute to thought leadership, innovation, and growth within the company through creative design and facilitation approaches.

- **Learning Design Expertise**: Demonstrate advanced skills in designing diverse learning methodologies for high-impact results.

- **OD & Survey Savvy**: Utilize Organisational Development insights, survey design, data analysis, and reporting to drive change.
- **Tech-Savvy Learner**: Proficient in instructional design software, e-learning tools, and learning management systems.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Relevant Degree**: Bachelor's in HR, Organisational Psychology, OD, Leadership Development, or similar (desirable).
- **Leadership Expertise**: Extensive experience in leadership development theories and practices.
- **Learning Design Mastery**: Strong learning design across various methodologies (F2F, Digital, Blended).
- **Survey & Data Proficiency**: Experience in survey design, data analysis, and reporting.
- **Consulting Edge**: Consulting experience (desirable) to enrich your client-focused approach.
- **Facilitation Leadership**: Senior-level facilitation experience in leadership and culture.
- **OD Expertise**: Organisational Development and project oversight experience.
- **Project Management**: Ability to oversee projects and adapt to changing priorities.
