**As an Associate Consultant, you will**:

- Partner with our highly talented and experienced organisational psychology and consulting team, to design and deliver **evidence-based assessments and interventions**:

- **Deliver proactive programs that empower WH&S t**eams and business leaders to foster psychologically safe environments
- Leverage your **mental health expertise**, data-driven thinking, and commercial acumen to elevate mental health outcomes and organisational performance - let's convert theory into practice

- A passion for **problem solving** and to create better work environments in organisations and support people in their psychological wellbeing
- ** Confidence and credibility** when presenting and communicating a range of information including workplace strategies, solutions and mental health topics to individuals, leaders and teams
- Qualification towards or **current registration as a psychologist**(clinical or organisational preferred) with AHPRA is desirable
