Are you an experienced Project/Production Manager, highly organised and methodical, looking for a role with a difference? Would you like to move into the movie, video and sound industry? This is an exciting role for someone with demonstrated experience in project management and has the ability to self-start. What will set you apart is your exceptional organisational and stakeholder management skills coupled with your experience working on concurrent, ever changing, short term projects.

**Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**
- Manage the full end-to-end process for all new release titles, from initial research and briefing stages, to pitching products to retailers.
- Manage the restoration process for all titles, including coordinating physical materials, managing budgets, and directing quality control.
- Organise project schedules, run meetings, liaise with external and internal stakeholders, manage budgets, and present/report information.
- Complete all administrative tasks related to the production of new releases.
- Secure senior management sign-off of production documentation, such as costings/budgets, authoring plans, and POs.

**Inventory/Stock Management**
- Complete submissions to retailers and manage order quantities.
- Provide markdown assessments based on stock movement and sell-through rate.
- Assess current SOH and provide a view on stock re-orders.

**Administration**
- Data entry into internal systems for items related to production.

**Experience**:

- 3-5+ years experience in project/product management and operations.
- Very organised and prepared.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and direct stakeholders to meet deadlines.
- Ability to report information to management
- Autonomous and self-sufficient

**Salary**: Up to $1.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
