**Description**:
**About the role**:
Reporting into the Head of Learning & Development, the L&D Project Coordinator will be responsible for delivering strategic learning programs and project outcomes across Cater Care. This dynamic role involves coordinating logistics, managing resources, engaging with participants, and supporting the successful execution of learning projects.
You’ll also play a key role in designing and delivering impactful training sessions, maintaining the company’s learning calendar, and providing insightful reporting to drive continuous improvement.
**What the role involves**:
Organise and oversee logistics for learning programs
Assist in planning, executing, and tracking learning projects using project management tools
Deliver or co-facilitate small group training sessions on agreed topics
Work with e-learning partners to implement modules and monitor progress
**Skills and Experiences**:
Tertiary qualifications or certificates in Learning, Business, or Administration (or willingness to complete)
Previous experience in a Learning & Development team or similar role
Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Slides, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms) would be well regarded
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data analysis is an advantage
Strong organisational and project coordination abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
