**The Role**

Reporting to the Manager - HR Services, we’re looking for an Administrator - Human Resources who's not just great at admin — we want someone with a spark for people, a curiosity for all things HR, and a genuine love for processes and systems. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, if you're detail-obsessed, proactive, and ready to grow in the world of HR, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a part time role of up to 32 hours per week, providing flexibility with the days and hours to suit your work-life balance.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Support employee and the broader People & Culture team with Human Resources queries- Ensure SuccessFactors (SF) employee master data is maintained accurately and in a timely manner- Assist managers and employees with onboarding activities in SuccessFactors- Creating and updating contracts for employees and new employees- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives-
- Work closely with our payroll team to ensure accurate information is entered into SF- Assist with managing harvest intake and recruitment within the applicant tracking system- Support administration of our benefits program
**About** You**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role- High level of competence with Microsoft suite- Strong organisational skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Demonstrated ability to build and foster working relationships- Experience using HR related systems (desirable)- Previous experience in human resources or white-collar service role (desirable)
