We are currently seeking a HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. This is a permanent, full-time position based in our Perth Office.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support Human Resources (HR) to deliver on HR systems, policies and guidelines and to provide efficient and timely Human Resources administration support and advice to St Barbara Operations and Offices
**The opportunity**
- Maintaining defined naming conventions across all HR electronic folders, systems and internal databases.
- Maintaining relevant data trackers and managing the compilation and presentation of the monthly and quarterly HR reports and distribution of the HR Reports.
- Supporting leaders with the collation of HR data for external reporting and submissions.
- Provide Visa Management support for the corporate office
- Maintain various HR systems
- Supporting all people systems, including Recruitment & Onboarding, Work Performance, Exit the Company, Discipline, Leave and Payroll

**We would love to hear from you if you have**:
- Previous and relevant work experience in a similar Human Resources role or Administration role
- Experience in raising Purchase Orders and processing invoices
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced word, excel skills
- A demonstrated continuous improvement mindset
- Strong organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Proven ability to work with and reliably handle confidential and sensitive information
- A tertiary qualification or TAFE qualification in Human Resources related discipline, or progress towards completion
