**THE ROLE**

We now have the exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator to join our Human Resources team.

As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play an integral part of our HR team providing support to Linkforce functional areas, employees and managers. Based at our Head Office this is a full-time position working Monday to Friday and responsible for:

- Preparation of HR/Payroll advice and correspondence
- Administering employee probation and termination processes
- Completing VEVO checks and maintaining 100% visa compliance
- Maintenance of HR records and systems
- Supporting the HR team with general administration duties

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience in a HR Administration role
- HR Qualifications (desirable)
- Competent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Be able to work positively within a team environment and demonstrate flexibility
