We are currently seeking an efficient and detail focused** Human Resources Administrator** to join our vibrant HR Services team. As one of our Human Resources Administrators, you will be a key player in the efficient maintenance and accurate documentation of records for the Human Resources team.

The **key responsibilities** of the role, include, but are not limited to:

- Responsible for accurate data entry and data management
- Efficient coordination of the on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees, contractors, and temporary staff in our HRIS system (SuccessFactors)
- Maintaining accurate HR records in employee files and our HRIS system (SuccessFactors)
- Responding and triaging HR related queries from key stakeholders through a ticketing system
- Transactional and administrative support for the entire employee lifecycle processes across Perenti Group.

**Key Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high levels of attention to detail and the ability to structure thoughts deliberately, logically, and directly
- Very good organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines, manage expectations and coordinate priorities
- Formal qualifications in HR (or similar) are advantageous but not essential
- Exposure to HRIS systems (SAP and SuccessFactors are highly desirable)
- Computer literate - MS Suite.
