We are seeking an **Project Coordinator** reporting to the Estimating & Project Delivery Manager based in Rydalmere, NSW for a permanent contract.
The position holder directly works with customers, estimating, production (internal & external) and Sales to provide coordination of activities and administrative support to ensure successfully delivery and customer experience of a project order post engineering and design approval.
**What will you do?**
- Create and process production orders into ERP system (SAP) and schedule, plan and follow up to ensure on time delivery
- Determine and prepare job schedules in line with customer requirement
- Create materials, allocate parts & price to that material and review & check all BOMs
- Maintain and coordinate jobs/ schedule and relationships with Channel Partners
- Provide sales and administration support to the Estimating and Sales team
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure effective customer service and handle customer complaints in the first instance and escalates where required
**What about you?**
- Minimun of 2 years customer service experience and the ability and experience to work in a dynamic, fast pace environment
- Experience in working with tools like Excel and a mainstream ERP & CRM system, e.g. SAP
- Experience in working in a project related business highly desirable
- Ability to multi task and manage work well under pressure as well as good time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional, friendly and empathic attitude and attention to detail
