**About the role**:
- Managing daily administrative functions of the project program.
- Processing Purchase orders for project hardware and subcontracted labour
- Stock management, receipt, dispatch & returns in conjunction with project logistics personnel
- Manage subcontractor invoicing and payment process
- Input all procurement related data entry relating to input of costs
- Accurate data entry for all project ordering, credits and invoicing
- Track expenses and predict future costs in conjunction with project manager / team
- Collecting and analysing project data and reporting on outcomes.
- Coordinating and administering meetings, including issuing of minutes.
- Managing project documentation
- Providing daily support to project team as directed by management.
- Receive incoming customer service-related calls and troubleshooting and complaint handling
- Updating Mastermind with any contractual, customer & project related information
- Identify and communicate issues impacting the project and escalate to Project Manager where necessary
- Provide knowledgeable, courteous and helpful customer service
- Assisting Project Managers with budgeting and regular reporting.
**About you**:
- Strong organizational, administrative skills and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Expertise in MS Office software including EXCEL, Outlook and Word
- Experience in using Pronto, Mastermind and / or Click software - experience would be preferred but not essential
- Experience in MS Project-would be preferred but not essential
- Capable of working efficiently in a fast pace environment and under pressure
- Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently,
- Ability to hold/maintain security license.
