Are you ready to play a key role in launching a new digital sales channel for one of Australia’s leading suppliers of mobile accessories and parts? Crazy Parts is looking for a highly organised, proactive **Project Administrator** to support the successful execution of our new B2C ecommerce platform for mobiles and accessories. We need a full-time, hands-on, highly organised problem solver who can administer the ongoing and new projects for the company.
**About the Role**:
As a Project Administrator, you will be reporting directly to the Project Manager, this hands-on role will see you coordinating the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce launch project. You’ll act as the glue across multiple workstreams - from website development to logistics and customer service - ensuring tasks stay on track, stakeholders stay informed, and no detail is overlooked..
- This role will involve the following duties but not limited to:_
- Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of the project's progress.
- Maintain and track the project plan, timelines, and milestones across all workstreams (IT, Marketing, Sales, Logistics).
- Coordinate internal and external project activities, ensuring effective collaboration and follow-through.
- Engaging and managing stakeholders, including providing regular updates and addressing concerns or issues that arise during the project.
- Serve as a central communication hub between internal departments and external vendors.
- Assist in bridging communication between traditional wholesale operations and new B2C ecommerce workflows.
- Use tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to monitor task progress and flag any risks or delays.
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables and escalate issues where required.
- Collect and validate detailed product data (SKUs, pricing, descriptions) and digital assets (images, videos).
- Work with relevant teams to ensure data accuracy and readiness for ecommerce upload.
- Assist in documenting new ecommerce processes and maintain an organised central project documentation hub.
- Support identification and tracking of risks and issues, including follow-up actions.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including scheduling testers, managing test scenarios, and tracking bugs.
- Liaise with external partners (developers, logistics providers, creative agencies) to align deliverables and track performance.
- Abide by policies and procedures to ensure a safe, healthy, and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure quality assurance and implement process improvements within project scope to maintain excellence in project activity outcomes.
**Skill and Experience**:
- At least a Diploma in project management.
- Minimum 2+ years experience in a project support or coordination role, ideally in ecommerce or digital environments.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
- Is incredibly confident in communicating with customers.
- Excellent relationship management skills.

**Salary**: AUD 80,000 per year plus superannuation (based on experience and skills)
