**The role**:

- Oversee planning, operational and administrative aspects of installation projects
- Liaising / negotiating with clients and providing assurance through the project
- Manage direct labour and subcontractors, including timesheets and contractor invoicing
- Delegating and allocating duties of field supervisory personnel involved in the project
- QA site auditing and reporting
- Manage local stock movement and distribution in conjunction with Project Administrator and Field Supervisors
- Upskill to operate and support the Project Coordinator with the Geo Spatial software APP being utilized to geo-spatially align project sites into optimized work schedule runs
- Collect and analyse project data and reporting on outcomes
- Participate in training and performance management for staff and subcontractors
- Coordinate and administrate meetings, providing weekly project updates
- Troubleshooting, complaint handling, identifying and reporting issues

**About you**:

- Experience as a Project, Installation or Service Supervisor OR similar role
- Experience in Electronic Security Service and Installation with industrial, residential or commercial environment
- Must hold valid Security License, OH&S Induction and valid driver’s license
- Strong knowledge of Security Systems
- Experience in MS Office software and MS Project
- Experience in Pronto, Mastermind or Click software preferred but not essential
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
