**The Role**

Working with new and established employer relationships in the Baulkham Hills area, you will be supporting a diverse range of employers, and building valuable partnerships that offer people in our communities the opportunity to secure employment, and achieve their aspirations. You will do this by selecting and developing great talent, offering creative incentives, and operating within quality processes to ensure excellent outcomes for all stakeholders.

- Accuracy in a process driven environment to ensure service excellence to all stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically, with an analytical and creative approach to problem solving and time management.
- Friendly, easy-going nature that can effectively communicate to a diverse range of people
- Excellent communication skills to be able to promote Ability Option’s services to local employers, and to seek future employment opportunities
- A capability of meeting performance targets, and aptitude to think on your feet
- Excellent organisation skills to balance competing priorities

**Essential Criteria**
- Demonstrate an exceptional customer focus and dedication to customer care
- Able to demonstrate resilience in an ever-changing environment
- Intermediate computer skills
- Satisfactory background check including NDIS Workers Check
- 3 doses of Covid-19 Vaccination
