**Role in a Nutshell**:
We’re searching for a dynamic **Sales Manager** to lead and inspire our dynamic sales team while also handling the world's renowned health care practice management software. In this role, you will have the rewarding opportunity to train, mentor, and grow a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Account Executives (AEs). Your leadership will drive our sales performance and contribute to our continued success. You will also need to be technologically savvy to learn and utilize the BoomerangFX's practice management software.
**Please note that this is a 5 days/week In-Office position, based in our office in Mississauga, ON**
**Compensation**:
- 50k-60k Base Salary w/ 50k On Target Earnings
**Scope of Duties**:
- **Empower and Develop Talent**: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Business Development Representatives and Account Executives, helping them achieve their professional goals and excel in their roles.
- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets, and provide strategic direction to drive team growth.
- **Sales Funnel Management**: Optimize the sales funnel, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement to maximize conversion rates and revenue.
- **Practice Management Utilization**: Leverage our integrated clinic practice management software to streamline operations, including electronic medical records, data analytics, and accounting tasks. Provide support and training to staff on effective use of the platform
- **Project Coordination**: Facilitate and coordinate cross-departmental projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution
- **Foster Collaboration**: Work closely with both Business Development, Account Executives and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and goals, while creating a supportive and collaborative team environment.
- **Enhance Inbound Sales**: Utilize inbound sales strategies to attract and convert prospects, and stay updated on industry trends to optimize sales processes.
- **Operational Excellence**: Improve call center operations and sales processes, implement effective tools and technologies, and ensure compliance with company policies.
