**About the role**

Reporting to the Finance Manager and collaborating with internal stakeholders your duties will include but limited to the following;
- Assist with accurate and timely processing of accounts payable invoices
- Verify information such as coding and matching with purchase orders
- Assist with month end closing activities
- Processing of team member expenses
- Assist Finance Manager with preparation of statutory reporting
- Assist Finance Department with ad hoc duties as required

**About you**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exposure to reporting systems beyond MYOB
- Exposure to inter-company reconciliations
- Experience in dealing with general office admin issues e.g. facilities management
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, communications and dispute resolution skills
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise work load
- Ability to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner
- A team approach, but take individual responsibility
