**Opportunity**

We are seeking a dedicated **Accounts Receivable Officer** to join our team in Baulkham Hills.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive environment and make a meaningful impact on our financial operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure debtors accounts are reconciled and that payments are allocated according to customer remittance advices in a timely manner.
- Maintain a collection process to continually improving aged debtors.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries or issues raised by sales staff.
- Maintain an ongoing review of customer credit limits.
- Review debtor’s ledger
- Obtain credit reports and set up or maintaining customer accounts as required.

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar accounts receivable role
- A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiative
- SAP experience will be an advantage
- Great communication and organisation skills, including strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and develop your skillset
- A strong work ethic with a dedicated sense of achievement
- Ability to function constructively within a team environment
- The ability to be computer savvy and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
