**About the role**
The **Office and Fleet Coordinator** is crucial in ensuring that Avivo's offices are welcoming, inclusive and a safe environment for colleagues and customers. You will be responsible for maintaining our Avivo offices and fleet services as well as monitoring and managing the Office and Fleet Budget.
**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:
- Ensure all offices are well appointed and appropriately stocked for colleagues and customers
- Coordinate the management, maintenance and repair of vehicles for colleagues and modified vehicles for customers as required
- Develop and maintain sound working relationships with external and internal stakeholders including Avivo desk-based and community-based teams, landlords, suppliers and contractors
- Administer and oversee Office and Fleet budget
**What we require**:
- Previous experience in similar role
- Strong organisational skills, including demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate projects
- Previous experience in data base and inventory management
- Demonstrated delivery of quality customer service and service improvement
- Demonstrated strong team player in supporting and enhancing a positive team environment, ability to work independently and, organising and prioritize your own work
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work on a Tuesday & Friday - this is a job share position
