We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fleet Manager to join our dynamic dealership team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and grow our fleet department, working with two of the highest-volume automotive brands in Australia( Hyundai & GWM
The role offers significant potential to expand into a larger, multi-person fleet operation, backed by strong brand recognition and high demand across business, government, and rental sectors.
Position Overview
Manage and grow fleet sales (B2B clients, government, rental companies, etc.)
- Coordinate delivery and servicing of multiple-vehicle purchases
- Act as the main point of contact for large-volume buyers
2. Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with business clients and organizations
- Achieve monthly and annual fleet sales targets
- Manage vehicle inventory, pricing, and availability for fleet clients
- Handle quotations, contracts, and fleet leasing options
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and service departments
- Ensure excellent after-sales service and customer retention
3. Key Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in automotive fleet sales (preferred)
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of dealership operations and inventory systems
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Valid driver's license
