What You'll Be Doing

  • Clean, wash, and detail vehicles to company presentation standards.
  • Conduct basic inspections to ensure vehicles are road-ready and damage-free.
  • Refuel and recharge vehicles as required.
  • Move vehicles between branches, workshops, storage facilities, and customer locations.
  • Conduct pick-ups and drop-offs in line with operational schedules.
  • Assist with vehicle deliveries to customers, ensuring professional handovers.
  • Organise and maintain the vehicle yard to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Complete vehicle key and documentation management.
  • Support fleet checks, including fuel levels, tyre pressure, registration, and servicing due dates.
  • Assist customers on-site with vehicle collection or return.
  • Provide a professional and helpful experience, escalating queries where needed.
  • Step in to assist across yard, operations, and customer service tasks as required.
  • Support the operations team in daily workflow to meet customer demand.
  • Carry out ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth running of the subscription service.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Attention to detail in vehicle preparation and auditing.
  • Effective time management to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with vehicle preparation and basic vehicle checks.
  • Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of automotive safety standards and regulations.
  • Experience working with Telematics and tracking devices.
  • Current valid Driver's Licence
