**About the role**
We are currently seeking an Field Service Maintenance Administration Officer to join our Asset Management division. For this position you will be reporting directly to the Field Service Coordinator and your primary responsibilities is to execute and allocate field service resources in liaison with the planning and project maintenance leadership team for each project.
For this position you will have the benefit based at our brand new state of the art Head Office in Osborne Park, which is set to be the best office facility in Australia.
**In this position you will**:
- Plan and schedule equipment maintenance activities
- Manage the rostering of the Field Service team
- Verifying and approving employee timesheets
- Manage all site entry and mobilisation requirements
- Ensuring equipment fleet achieves maximum availability in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner
**Necessary skills and qualifications**:
- Previous experience in an administration role essential
- Mobilisations experience is a desirable
- Experience in utilising Training Management System INX
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
- Demonstrate analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
- Drive and ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- High level of attention to detail with exceptional organisational skills
