We are seeking an experienced Business Support Officer (Lab Services) to join one of our government clients for an immediate start.

**The Role**

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Manage booking of travel, accommodation, training, induction, conference registration, functions/catering, and room
- Update and maintain records, databases and registers, complying with systems and processes to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible
- Assist AQC lab with routine duties and monthly reporting
- Perform administrative duties in Fast Track, assist in entering corrective actions from external NATA, BSI and Quarantine audits into FastTrack and assist in the preparation of the Quality Systems monthly report
- Provide minute taking and agenda preparation for the Laboratory Services Management Meetings and Quality and Systems meetings
- Manage and participate in administrative related projects / duties as allocated

**Experience needed**
- Previous experience in office administration
- Computer literacy skills and Ellipse or purchasing systems knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Experience in dealing with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work both as part of a team and independently
