An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Service Manager to join a South Australian Finance Services Firm on a 12-month fix term contract.

Reporting to the CEO, the Business Services Manager will be responsible for providing high level executive administrative support to the CEO, Executive team and Board Members to ensure the successful day to day running of the office. This position will lead, develop and mentor the Business Services team.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Executive support, diary management, travel, accommodation and events
- CEO and Executive correspondence, document preparation, briefings and reports
- Facilities management across the site
- Supervise, coach and mentor the Business Services Team
- Design and implement best practice administrative systems
- Board support, prepare, collate and distribute meeting minutes

**To Succeed in this role**:

- Excellent computer skills including high level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint
- High level written communication skills including excellent spelling and grammar, accurate minute taking and the proven ability to produce accurate, high quality documentation
- Experience in office management and providing executive level administrative support, preferably in a client-facing environment
- Advanced organisational skills with the proven ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks whilst also being able to readily adapt to changing priorities
- A higher education qualification (degree or other) in business studies, office management, commerce or management would be well regarded
- Proven supervisory or management experience in leading others or a small team, preferably in an administrative services environment

To be considered for this opportunity you will have strong negotiation, influencing and problem-solving skills, display a high level of confidentiality and diplomacy and resilience. Experience within legal, financial or professional services would be an advantage.
