Office Services Manager | Adelaide
- Are you currently a legal administrative assistant or law office manager and looking for a change? Are you frustrated and looking for further opportunity for professional growth? We have an exclusive opportunity to join our highly regarded law firm to lead and manage the daily operations of the Adelaide office.

You will be part of a large collaborative team and will assist the office by utilising your legal administrative knowledge and high level of planning and organisation skills. Leading and managing a team with a variety of skills and responsibilities will require you to be resourceful and take initiative to deliver on multiple priorities.

This is an ideal opportunity to challenge the status quo and bring a unique skillset to a busy and fast paced role.

Our Adelaide office culture is described as collegiate, friendly and hard-working, containing industry leaders. Beyond your immediate team you will work closely with the Information Technology, Finance, Human Resources, Business Development & Marketing departments as well as our specialised legal teams - we are five offices nationally, but we are one team

The Role

In this role on a daily basis you will:

- Lead the office services, word processing and relief administrative teams
- Manage relationships with local suppliers and negotiate appropriate contract terms
- Assist with onboarding procedures for new staff members
- Manage safe custody, deed administration and off site document management

We provide excellent on the job training for all duties involved in your role with us.

To get you off to a successful start you will need to demonstrate:

- Previous experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant/Office Manager
- A positive and flexible approach
- Initiative and resourcefulness
- Previous experience in managing a large team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
