Plummer’s Project Services (PPS) is a division of the family owned Plummer’s Industries Pty Ltd, a leader in water Management Solutions. PPS one of the leading installers of HDPE Pipelines, dewatering and bore field services within WA

The Project Services division offers complete turnkey solutions, including cross country and process plant pipelines, specialised packaged equipment installation, infrastructure construction, commissioning and maintenance.

**The role**:
Plummer’s Project Services are seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator for mobilising our staff across various sites in WA. We are looking for an experienced Mobilisation coordinator to provide onboarding support to internal and external teams.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Minimum of 2- 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience working within the resources sector, in a similar role
- Experience using software such as ERMS, Success Factors, and INX.
- Supporting the team with on boarding of new personnel, saving documentation, setting up profiles, sending out inductions, following up and uploading into portals
- Providing regular updates to internal teams regarding the mobilisation of new staff
