$70,000 - $90,000 basic (dependent on experience) + super

**TEN Recruitment** are in partnership with a WA owned and operated multidisciplinary engineering services provider who work within the mining and resources sector. Our client have recently been awarded long-term contracts with tier one miners for the provision of maintenance and shutdown services. As a result, they are now expanding their mobilisation team

**You will be responsible for the following**:

- Resourcing and mobilising workforce across various sites throughout WA.
- Using workforce management system.
- Organising flights and accommodation.
- Meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Liaising with site teams regarding their logístical requirements.

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role (mobilisation administrator, coordinator, project support etc).
- Resources sector experience highly desirable.
- Experience using software’s such as Microsoft Office, ERMS, SuccessFactors and INX highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of OPMS highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong administrative skills, attention to detail and time management skills.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels including personnel and management.

**On Offer**:

- $70,000 - $90,000 base salary (dependent on experience)
- Super
- 8:6 roster (7:30am - 5:30pm, Perth based)
