C.E.M. Alliance are a WA owned and operated business and on behalf of our valued client are seeking to appoint an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator on a permanent basis.

**The Role**:
Experienced Mobilisation Coordinator predominately be responsible for Travel management/bookings in appropriate site systems. This permanent position is Monday - Friday in Perth City with an attractive salary + super + generous bonus structure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with HR in regards to onboarding and mobilising new employees and contractors to all Sites,
- Booking travel for employees, visitors and contractors to various sites on charter flights & commercial RPT services using the Corporate Travel Management Portal,
- Ensure information is entered accurately into INX InFlight,
- Liaise with personnel, medics and managers to ensure all pre-travel requirements to site are met,
- Book and manage travel for corporate travelers and executives both domestically and internationally as required,
- Manage changes to travel for FIFO travelers in a timely manner ensuring all approvals are received and reporting is updated,
- Ensure compliance of Travel Management Policy and maintain cost effective booking practices,
- Occasional visits to site might be required.

**Experienced required**:

- INX InFlight experience is essential
- Previous experience in mobilisation of up to 400 personnel
- Work well under pressure and have efficient time management skills
- Hold exceptional communication skills along with high attention to detail
- Ability to build strong & positive relationships with on-Site Managers and Superintendents and be a energetic team player/member
