- **What you'll do**:_
- _Assist and support the HR Manager with recruitment administration_
- _Coordinate and conduct on-boarding and off-boarding tasks_
- _Update HR documents, employee records and organisational charts as required_
- _Assist with administrative tasks and tracking completion of training, reviews and other HR project activities_
- _Assist with employment contracts, variation letters and induction packs_
- _Other day-to-day ad hoc HR administration, coordination and support as required_
- **What you’ll bring**:_
- _**Currently studying or completed degree in HR**_
- _**Atleast 1 years’ experience in HR Administration**_
- _**Satisfactory police check**_
- _An Australia citizenship or legal right to work in Australia_
- _Excellent interpersonal skills_
- _Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)_
- _Highly competent with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint)_
- _A strong work ethic, flexible in approach and supportive of others_
- _Highly organised, systematic with an ability to prioritise and multi-task_
- Defence/Manufacturing industry experience is advantageous but those with experience in other industries are encouraged to apply._

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
