HR Generalist Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will be a trusted point of contact for managers and employees, providing practical guidance on everything from recruitment and onboarding to performance, development, employee relations, and HR projects.

You will play a key role in helping to deliver HR strategy and operational services across the business, fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting meaningful change. This is a true generalist opportunity where no two days are the same, and your ideas and energy will be valued from day one.

  • Key Responsibilities:">
  • Support the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance, and development.">
  • Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees.">
  • Assist with employee relations matters and policy interpretation.">
  • Coordinate HR reporting, analytics, and compliance activities.">
  • Support HR projects including D&I, engagement surveys, and other programs.">
  • Manage HR administration including contracts, letters, payroll inputs, and system updates.">

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in a generalist HR role, including recruitment (preferable).">
  • Strong working knowledge of HR legislation and policies (Fair Work Act, EEO, etc.).">
  • Experience using HCM systems and managing recruitment processes.">
  • High attention to detail, solutions-focused approach, and a collaborative mindset.">
  • Successful applicants must have unlimited working rights in Australia and will be required to undertake pre-employment checks.">
