We are seeking a highly motivated new HR Graduate/Student to join the HR team as a HR Coordinator. The position is responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, in addition to contributing to the development and review of HR policies and projects.

Working closely with the Human Resource Business Partners and a dedicated HR team, the role is involved in HR initiatives that are focused on recruitment and retention, employee engagement and performance, employee wellbeing and benefits, diversity and inclusion, training and development.

The position is full-time and is based in our head office on Melbourne Street, North Adelaide, with negotiated start and finish times.

**What we need from you**:

- Tertiary level qualification in Human Resources or working towards.
- Experience in customer service or administration role.
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to independently achieve work objectives, meet tight timeframes and to prioritize work to meet Company requirements.
