Reporting to the Group Head of HR Services, this role will carry out HR Services activities across current & future regions in the disciplines of pay and conditions, industrial relations and HR special projects.

The HR Coordinator is responsible for coordinating a range of HR activities across multiple HR disciplines, working closely with the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams.
**As the HR Coordinator, you will**:
- Coordinate HR matters and support the Group Head of HR Services and HR Advisor
- Prepare employment contracts and new starter packs
- Work with hiring managers to coordinate new starter onboarding & manage HR induction for all new employees
- Conduct exit interviews with all support office team members
- Assist the Group Head of HR Services to maintain the suite of HR policies and procedures ensuring currency and best practice
- Administer the Company’s time and attendance and payroll systems
- Where appropriate, provide advice on Award interpretation and conditions of employment questions
**Skills and Experience**
- 2 years' minimum experience in a similar HR role essential
- Tertiary qualifications highly regarded
- Relationship management skills to support, coach and influence stakeholders
- Ability to achieve commercially focused outcomes
- Outstanding organisational and administrative skills
- Time management and prioritising skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage a broad range of stakeholders
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a team
- Confidentiality and discretion
- Analytical and reporting skills
- Project management skills
