As a recent graduate or early-career professional ready to make your mark in Human Resources, this is your opportunity to join a passionate People & Culture team that believes in the power of great HR to support people at every stage of their journey. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you'll be a key player in delivering a smooth and positive employee experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide support within the employee lifecycle — including onboarding, contract changes, compliance, and off-boarding
  • Help coordinate the logistics that support our people, such as travel arrangements and employee movements
  • Be the first point of contact for general HR enquiries across the business
  • Assist with documentation for employee visas and work rights
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure HR systems are up to date
  • Contribute to process improvements that help our people do their best work
  • Provide support to our broader team on the delivery of Global HR projects

What You'll Bring:

  • A genuine interest in people and how workplaces function
  • A foundation knowledge of HR principles (through study or experience)
  • Great admin and organisational skills — you love ticking things off a list
  • Friendly, approachable, and great with communication
  • A proactive mindset — you like solving problems and asking "how can this be better?"
  • A relevant HR qualification (or currently working toward one) is a bonus
