Inbound Sales and Reservation Coordinator

Maintaining existing clientele from the Inbound Businesses.
- To create attractive and lucrative business proposals and collateral, whilst ensuring low business costs to meet highest profit margins.
- Negotiating with tour groups/private tour operators regarding generating new Inbound Businesses, entering bookings using multiple reservation systems.
- Producing customer invoices in a timely manner.
- Providing guidance to customers after getting them on board.
- Liaise with managers/chefs about the food and beverage menu for Inbound Businesses.
- Communicating with managers and chefs to ensure that all required information related to an Inbound Business has been discussed effectively.
- Assisting venues to set up and execute all activities related to Inbound Businesses. Time to time, you may also be required to assist the business in its normal operation when needed.
- Facilitate and participate in various relate trade shows, conferences and other relevant activities.
- Cultivate marketing strategies for Inbound Business development liaising restaurant managers, the marketing manager and the director of the business.
- Notifying and submitting all marketing and Inbound Business plans to the marketing manager and director of the business.

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
