Reservations Coordinator

Reporting to the Reservations Manager, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Reservations Coordinator to become part of our professional and hard-working team. Working from head office based at Norths Cammeray, the Reservations Coordinator will tend to all incoming enquiries and calls for our Sydney venues This role is soon to grow and develop with our expanding collective.

Your key priorities will be to:

• Enquiries & Communication. Answering and directing all phone calls and email enquiries in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.

• Venue Knowledge. Ensure you have a comprehensive knowledge of promotions and activities including in-house events, social events and corporate functions. Provide consistent and accurate information to customers.

• Customer Service. Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to customers.

• Reservations Management. Effectively manage all dining reservations and corporate and social events. Ensure there is a high level of order in the booking process of events from initial enquiry to the hand over to in-venue team.

• Communication. Liaise effectively with management and front of house staff members. Maintain effective communication with all key stakeholders through both written and verbal methods.

• Compliance. Follow and ensure compliance with the Registered Club Act, Club's policies and procedures adhering to the club's code of conduct and practice Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Conduct of Gaming.

• Workplace Health and Safety. Work in accordance with Work, Health and Safety legislation while following Norths Collective's standard operating procedures. Perform all tasks in a safe manner, so as not to endanger yourself and others around you. Ensure that all incident and safety concerns are reported immediately.

The Candidate:

• A passion for people and creating memorable experiences for guests

• Confident and effective verbal and written communicator

• Proven experience in sales and administration

• Ability to work autonomously

• Professional phone manner and proficient computer skills

• Excellent organisation, time management and an eye for detail

• Experience with IVvy and/or Seven Rooms highly regarded

• Flexible availability over a 7 day rotating roster

• Valid RSA and RCG certification
