**Full Time Reservations & Events Coordinator Needed**

**Lotus Dining Group has a unique opportunity for a Reservations and Events Coordinator to join our professional team.**

As the “voice” of our business you will be responsible for sales, reservations and events coordination for our busy restaurants. Perfect for a hospitality professional wishing to leave the floor. Based in CBD Head Office, next to Wynyard station, you will be an enthusiastic, professional and dedicated individual with a proactive and performance-driven attitude.

**As the Reservations & Events Coordinator you will be responsible for a range of duties, including**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a strong understanding of each venue’s menus and promotions
- Persuasively up-sell and cross-sell venues and packages
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain an organised handle on events + reservations and confirmation procedures by ensuring accuracy and efficiency for optimum occupancy

**Essential requirements for the position**:

- Excellent phone manner with a flair for customer service and the ability to speak distinctly and persuasively. Skilled in dealing with guests - complaints, special requests, sales
- Fluency in written and spoken English essential
- Mandarin speaker highly desirable
- Computer literacy in a range of Microsoft office products
- Ability to multi-task and use initiative while under pressure to manage changing priorities and unforeseen obstacles
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- A love for food and a passion for the hospitality industry

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
