**Your new opportunity**:
Provide proactive sales administration support for our Sydney Retail Trucks Sales team for new and used truck sales and delivery processes.

In this role you will:

- Coordinate and complete invoicing of new & used trucks.
- Ensure vehicle payments are followed up with finance providers.
- Create upfit jobs and control department work in progress.
- Coordinate the creation and processing of all department purchase orders.
- Provide scheduled updates on vehicle forecasting.
- Maintain the sales area to ensure it is well presented at all times.

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience in Administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deliver results to support high customer service standards.
- Sound time management skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of ERA operating system and the Microsoft Office suite of products.
