**The Role**: We're seeking a motivated customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be assisting the sales team with administrative tasks to ensure seamless customer service. While not focused on outbound sales, this role is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction, processing orders accurately, and supporting day-to-day business operations. There's also potential for advancement into sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to incoming sales inquiries
- Accurately input customer orders
- Conduct monthly database audits
- Prepare quotes for sales staff
- Update product database
- Generate and send purchase orders
