**Daimler Trucks Milperra** (part of the Velocity Truck Centres) is a leading Daimler franchise truck dealership located in the southwestern area of Sydney. We offer new trucks for sale from Fuso, Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner, and the complete range of trucks available in Australia. As a full-service dealership, we assist with all truck needs, including truck parts, repairs and servicing for all makes of trucks.

**About the position**
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator is responsible for providing general administration and sales support to the Sales Team. This position provides critical support to the sales team by accurately and efficiently creating deals and ensuring all details are accurate to allow for a smooth process from order to delivery

Your responsibilities will include:

- Receiving and processing purchase orders
- Creating & detailing sales orders
- Following up on outstanding customer payments
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records in Excede
- Other administrative duties as required

**About You**
To play a part in our continued expansion and success, we are seeking someone who ideally has:

- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- A proactive approach and can do attitude
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping
- Previous experience with raising purchase orders
- Sound proficiency with MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hold a Current Driver’s license
- Full Australian working rights
