Are you wanting to work for a technology company that designs solutions to focus on what matters, like teaching children, running businesses, keeping airports safe, and connecting disaster victims with relief?

We are seeking a self-starter, a multilingual (Japanese) Sales Administrator to support an international field sales team based. This challenging opportunity will see you be involved in every stage of the sales cycle supporting the most complex and strategic accounts.

**Your weekly will look something like this**
- Providing direct support to the Field Sales team through a comprehensive understanding of
- internal policies and sales processes.
- Deal management - end to end
- Cross-functional engagement with Operations, Finance, Support, Logistics and Channel to troubleshoot and resolve the needs of prospects, customers, and technology partners
- Maintaining sales procedures, processes, compliance and CRM database integrity.

**Your experience**
- Energetic, detail-oriented, professional and adaptable
- Multilingual English & Japanese
- 2+ years of work experience in a sales administration, sales support, sales ops or customer service role
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable multi-tasking in an extremely fast-paced team environment
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills across multiple communication mediums
