**The Company**
You now have the opportunity to join this well-known and widely used global distributor of bearings, power transmissions and many more, as their Sales Administrator. You will be part of a team that will grow their distribution channels, their vision is to also further develop their OEM market and work across a number of industries including developing an Oil & Gas customer base. This business has enjoyed consistent growth and is considered as one of the market leaders in this space.
**Your Role**
A fantastic opportunity exists for a passionate administrator to develop in this Sales Administrator role. Your responsibilities entail inputting inbound sales orders and assisting account managers with enquiries and orders over the phone. You will be liaising with your sales manager, account managers and customers to address any customer needs, concerns and to develop and maintain strong customer relationships. You will also have procurement functions including logistics and expediting.
**What you’ll need**
- Sound experience in an administrative role
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional and friendly attitude
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail
- High work ethic
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure to meet last minute requests
- Proficient computer skills, including Excel and Word
- Experience with ERP system and Salesforce beneficial
Working with a small, friendly and effective team, you have the opportunity to develop skills and grow your career. Flexible working arrangements are on offer. Your starting salary is $60k - $65k plus super and bonuses.
