Head Supervisor & Team Leader - Insulation Installations

At **Four Seasons Industries**, we are seeking a **Head Supervisor & Team Leader** to guide our installation crews, uphold high standards, and help drive our business forward.
- About the Role

As Head Supervisor & Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

- **Leading Crews** - Setting the tone for workmanship, punctuality, and attendance.
- **Morning Preparation** - Reviewing job sheets, delegating tasks, and ensuring crews are ready to roll.
- **Site Leadership** - Problem-solving on site, communicating with other truck supervisors, and ensuring smooth installations.
- **Safety & Compliance** - Inspecting vehicles and tools, conducting toolbox talks, and keeping the team safe and accountable.
- **Operations Communication** - Working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure installs are delivered to meet sales budgets.
- **Reporting** - Completing paperwork accurately and on time, with direct reporting to the Operations Manager.
- **Team Respect** - Leading firmly but fairly, earning and maintaining the respect of your peers.
- What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in insulation or a similar trade.
- Quality of workmanship and setting high standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills on-site.
- High attention to detail with paperwork, reporting, and safety compliance.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both team members and management.
- A balance of firmness, fairness, and respect.
- On the job training will be provided, so previous insulation experience is not essential

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
