OAR - Coffee House, Bar and Kitchen is a modern brunch restaurant situated on the lake at West Lakes. We have built a reputation for quality food, coffee and our amazing location right on the lake

We specialise in all day brunch, are passionate about local produce, wine and beer, and also cater to rowing regattas over the summer months. The restaurant is large and very fast paced with indoor and outdoor dining allowing for approximately 150 people. We also offer a take away menu during the summer months and at rowing events.

The business has a 30 acre property in the Adelaide Hills which grows produce for Oar and its two sister restaurants 30 Acres on The Parade at Norwood and Kitchensmith at Mawson Lakes. We have a large and amazing team across the three businesses providing support (and the last minute bag of coffee) when needed.

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

- Manage all aspects relating to coffee
- Deliver and promote outstanding customer service
- Supervise the team on a daily basis
- Support with stock ordering and control

You will:

- Have experience in a similar role
- Have exceptional leadership skills
- Be professional and well presented
- Pay attention to detail and ensure a spotless restaurant
- Enjoy working as part of a team and have effective problem solving skills
- Experience in a fast paced environment
- The ability to motivate and get the best out of their team

We will:

- Provide you the support and resources to work confidently and effectively
- Pay a generous remuneration package
- Owners’ are competent in all areas of the business and happy to provide as much or little hands on and moral support to ensure success

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
- Barista: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
