CHC has an opportunity for a diligent administrative leader to join us in our Perth Head Office. The Supervisor, Airworthiness Records is responsible for the airworthiness Records, updating databases, validating assigned helicopter & components for completion of maintenance and conformity. They will also be required to retain all records detailing all maintenance and manufacturing records to comply with the regulatory authority.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare schedules for the Technical Records activities in accordance with the department’s strategies.
- Oversight and guidance for the control of all technical records, distribution and tracking of material.
- Quality Assurance checks of all Technical Data catalogued in AMOS.
- Work across regions to identify best practice and improved process opportunities.
- Work with CAM / HAAMC to develop and execute on business goals.
- Adhere to requirements in respect of aircraft logbooks, including directions and inspection of records.
- Ensure accuracy and timelines of all aircraft technical records and initiate continuous improvement when discrepancies found to ensure no re-occurrence.
- Register and store data from maintenance records in the AirVault database and ensure that the original manufacturer or customers maintenance records are updated as necessary.

- Bachelor’s degree in business / Administration Studies or equivalent experience.
- Experience in document management and publishing software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Access)
- Analytical thinker with strong details orientation
- Ability to learn technical, detailed procedures as required for this function
- Well organized and detail-oriented team player
- Works independently with little supervision
- Prior experience in Aviation an advantage
- Experience with AMOS system preferred
- Experience with AirVault system preferred
