**Description**:
As our Club Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to guru for all things club operations. You’ll lead a dynamic team, ensure smooth sailing across all departments, and keep our members and guests grinning from ear to ear. From handling day to day hustle to making sure the big picture is on point; you’ll be a key player in our club’s success.
Being a Club Supervisor is a very hands-on role, where being a jack of all trades and not being afraid to jump in and get your hands dirty is a must From making sure the Club is ready for trade, to planning the shift breaks and coverage to serving our members and guests - you will be well rounded.

**What we are looking for**:
Hospitality Pro - You’ve got experience across different areas of a Club and thrive on being pulled from job to job.
Leadership - You know how to inspire, guide and support a team
Solution Seeker - Quick thinker with a calm head under pressure
Customer Service Wizard - You thrive on making people feel welcome and valued
Minimum 2 year of Supervisor experience - Preferably you are working in a club or similar hospitality environment
RSA, RCG, Advanced RCG, First Aid - You’ve got the paperwork to back up your skills and keep everything legit
This opportunity is a full-time position, where rosters are rotating We are open until 4am and every day of the year - so working weekends, nights, early mornings, and public holidays are all requirement of this role.
