**What we are looking for?**

We’re looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Communications Executive) to join our high energy team on a **12-month maternity leave contract**.

As a champion of the Mounties Group Brand, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent, effective and engaging brand and communications.

**More specifically, some of your key duties will include**:

- Management of the Group Communications Strategy & content approval in collaboration with the Group Marketing Manager
- Manage direct marketing including SMS, EDM, and Direct Mail
- Reporting on performance of ATL & BTL Campaigns
- Working with multiple agencies to optimise advertising spend
- Create brand collateral including bi-monthly What’s On publication
- Manage Internal Marketing Collateral, including SCALA, Signs, Announcements
- Responsible for development of Paid Marketing Plan and associated Media Purchasing with Group Marketing Manager
- Maximize relationship with creative agencies including (Creative Design, Photography, Production, Studio, Animation)
- Ensure creative assets adhere to Mounties Group Quality Standards
- Review internal creative/production briefs and manage delivery of content to agreed timelines
- Monitor interpretation and implementation of brand assets in creative delivery
- Assisting in the creation of promotional displays including signs and signage systems within public spaces of our Clubs
- Attend and assist on major promotion, entertainment or events to ensure successful delivery and future reporting for Western Sites Gym & Resorts
- Support Marketing Team as required

**You will need to be**
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Have a high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines

**You will ideally have**
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite
- Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) & Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
