The Role

This role is responsible for leveraging advantages in customer experience, promotions and loyalty across Mounties Group, delivering an exceptional end-to-end experience for members.

As the Promotions and Loyalty coordinator, this role will take the lead in designing, implementing and managing activity that keeps members engaged and valued.  They'll also develop and execute gaming and venue promotions, ensuring they deliver strong results.

  • Plan and run promotions, loyalty programs, and member engagement activities

  • Create gaming and venue promotions that engage members and drive results

  • Review campaign performance and make improvements

  • Work with other teams to deliver smooth, impactful promotions

  • Supervise promotional hosts to ensure campaigns run on time and on budget

Non-Negotiables

  • RSA & RCG

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role

  • Strong customer-focused mindset and passion for creating engaging experiences

  • Understanding of loyalty programs and their impact on member experience

  • Confident using technology and marketing tools

Nice to Have (Still apply if you don't have these)

  • Working experience in a Hospitality Venue

  • Experience using (Redeem X, Aristocrat or Meltwater)
